Our stay at Hoeve Roosbeek was a delightful escape into rural tranquility. The beautifully designed rooms were not only exceptionally clean but also surprisingly spacious, offering a cozy living area with a gas fireplace – perfect for a rainy evening in. The on-site restaurant, where cuisine is prepared within view, impressed us with its delicious offerings, from a late Sunday lunch to a hearty breakfast the next morning.Aside from the charming accommodations, the standout feature was the wellness center, available for private use by reservation. The small swimming pool, saunas, spa bath, and steam bath provided a rejuvenating experience. The staff, always attentive and knowledgeable, further enhanced our stay with excellent service.While we didn't get to explore the garden terrace or avail of the bicycle rental due to the weather, the bucolic surroundings and calming atmosphere beckoned us to relax and unwind. With the center of Liège just a short drive away, Hoeve Roosbeek offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful retreat in nature with easy access to city amenities. From the warm hospitality to the top-notch facilities, this charming hotel delivers an unforgettable escape for those seeking a mix of relaxation and culinary delights in a picturesque setting. We look forward to returning and exploring more of what this gem has to offer.
